Our story
The Tax Mates Inc. was founded in 2019 on a simple idea: small businesses and families deserve the same tax knowledge that big firms give their biggest clients. Our team brings more than ten years of experience managing people's finances and saving them money on their returns.
We started with taxes. Clients kept asking for more — so today we also offer bookkeeping, payroll and the everyday financial support a small business needs, all under one roof.
We serve clients across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, St. Jacobs, Guelph, Brantford, Stratford and the surrounding area — and anywhere in Canada, remotely.
